  • mineralogy of solid mine wastes; environmental mineralogy
  • mineralogy and structural crystallography of arsenic oxo-compounds
  • crystallography of secondary minerals and mineral-like inorganic compounds (mostly oxo-salts of As, V, P and S)
  • synthesis of inorganic materials using low-temperature hydrothermal and/or ionothermal method structure-property relationships
